Design your meeting panel with logo, background color and style sheets

 

To add style sheets to the meeting panel, go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account settings'. Select Call CSS and enter your own CSS code and click on 'save'. As an example you could copy/paste the CSS code. Click to open

Language

To change the language go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account settings'. Select your preferred language and click on 'save'. 

Meeting expiring date

Go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account Settings'. The expiring date is automatically set on 60 days. Change the number and click on 'save'. 

Company information

Go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account Settings'. Here you can change your company name, VAT Number, and Chamber of Commerce number. After changing your company information click on 'save' to save your information. 

Invoice address

Go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account Settings'. Here you can change your invoicing address information. Click on 'save' to save your information.

My contact information

Go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account Settings'. Here you can change your contact information such as email, first name, and last name. Click on 'save' to save the information.

Use your own mail environment to send emails

When sending emails to your participant in Idiligo, by default the Idiligo server is being used and the participant receives an email from the Idiligo info mail. It is also possible to use your mail-environment to send e-mails from your online meeting. 

Go to your name in the upper right corner and select 'Account Settings'. Click on 'mail' and complete the following information:

  • Your email address
  • SMTP server
  • SMTP port (587)
  • Use TLS: depending on your provider, check 'YES' or 'NO' (for Gmail 'YES' needs to be checked)
  • SMTP username
  • SMTP password


For Gmail the following needs to be done:

1. Log in to the Gmail account you want to use

2. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/lesssecureapps and switch ON “Allow less secure apps”

3. Start an Idiligo online meeting and send an email

4. Gmail will send you an email to confirm that you are the sender. Click “check activity” to confirm.
